ShopFundFast is not a lender. We are a marketing and lead-referral service that helps business owners explore commercial financing options. We are not a bank, lender, loan broker of record, or financial, legal, or tax advisor, and nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend.

How referrals work. When you submit a funding request, we share the information you provide with one or more independent third-party funding partners so they can contact you about options. Those partners make all underwriting and funding decisions on their own terms. We may receive compensation when a request results in funding.

No guarantees. Completing a request does not guarantee that you will be approved or funded. Approval, funding amount, rate, fees, factor rate, and repayment terms are determined solely by the funding partner based on your business profile and their criteria, and they vary from business to business.

Business purpose only. Products discussed here, including merchant cash advances and other commercial financing, are for business and commercial purposes only and are not consumer loans. A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of your future receivables and is not a loan; it is not subject to consumer lending laws.

State disclosures. Where required by law (for example, California's SB 1235 and New York's Commercial Finance Disclosure Law), your funding partner will provide the applicable commercial-financing disclosures before you enter into any agreement.

By submitting a request you agree that ShopFundFast and its funding partners may contact you by phone, text, and email — including by automated means — at the contact details you provide.
